I don't think you will hear back earlier than the 6th of November. The majority of us who received acceptance are given up to either 8 or 10 days to accept or decline. And since most of us weren't uploaded to their system to accept or decline until a couple of days before Halloween I don't think those on the waitlist will hear anything yet. So those on the waitlist don't freak out, because there is still time and a chance that you will hear something back very soon. Anyways, just thought I would try and keep those still waiting in the loop as much as possible. Hope this eases some of your stress.

You should definitely check your spam box. Just so in the future you can prevent other important mail from going into the spam box again.

First of all thank you for collecting all of this information and for making it into an easy to see chart. That was very nice of you. :-) Secondly, I would have to agree with you that it doesn't make much sense since most of the numbers here look pretty good. So, unfortunately at this point all we can do is wait it out and go from there. Good luck. Also, congrats on the other acceptances. :-)

I recall someone mentioning not to display a specific name on forums, so all I'll say is that the name starts with a letter B. :-) Another hint is that she is super friendly along with being the most helpful advisor from the SON office.

First, congrats on your acceptance at TWU. :-) As for hearing back from UTH I was told by an advisor a few days ago that she doesn't expect any acceptances to be sent out until the first week of November. I questioned perhaps whether there was a chance we would hear right before Halloween and she said she was doubtful. :-(

Lol. After all this excitement about the email survey and being disappointed... I get snail mail today and thought omg this is it! Not!!! Disappointed again... Just another transcript review. :-$ Going crazy here. Lol.

Did anyone else receive an email from SON today? I was so excited when I saw that it was from UTH SON, but then became very disappointed when it was only a survey about the new veterans BSN program they are starting as of Spring 2016. Grrhhh... As you can imagine I thought it was an email in regards to admissions. :-$

Hi valxoxo7. I remember reading that thread and the earliest date for acceptance letter/email received was either 2 or 3 days before Halloween. Hope that answers your question. :-)

Hi 147nataly. When I spoke with the advisor a few weeks ago she said for spring 2016 they have a little over a thousand applicants. But she did say that out of that amount they will usually only have about 400-500 which are truly complete and therefore considered for review. Hope that answers your question.

Hi Courtney. Because of the no rhyme or reason do you think it might be a lottery system they are using? Have you heard of that at UTH? Also , from what you have seen do you think they there are more students with previous degrees or is it pretty equal (no previous degrees & degree holders)? Just curious.

Hi Valxoxo7. I am referring to those who are applying for spring 2016. For those who are applying for spring 2016, we have until Sept. 1st to submit any last minute transcripts. Hope this clears up what I posted earlier.
