  3. Hello everyone I'm new to this site and really needed some advice. I graduated for my LN back in Jan. 2014 I took my first test in May 2014 and failed it. I had went over Hurst and Kaplan when the school was paying for it for a couple of months after I graduated. Anyways here it is May 2 2015 and I haven't been back to take it. I have been depressed and Unmotivated but yet I dream about being a Nurse every day. I'm 31 and I been an aide since I been 18 I make $10 an he with 3 boys a single mom and I'm struggling. Every since I failed the test now I feel like I'm not smart enough to pass it. Sometimes I say maybe I need to go to school for something else then I say but I passed Nursing so that should mean something I wasn't a A student more like B and C but I passed. Right now I just have books from school like a Kaplan book and a Med- Surg book. I can't afford to pay for sites like Kaplan online or any of the other ones and that really makes me feel like I don't have enough learning material. If anybody could give me some advice on how to study when you don't have the best learning materials and having lack of motivation feeling like I'm not good enough. Thank you!
