  2. If the gait is wnl what other way can I describe it ? Ambulated without assistance ?
  3. So I'm really stuck here
  4. My instructor told me not to write WNL [emoji30]
  5. Hi I am an LPN in the RN program and I have a question about documentation. I am doing a couple care plans and I'm stuck on how to document certain things. Do you what's the best word or words used to describe a normal gait or normal skin status?
  6. @thats why I said what I said I read it right! ✌🏽️😌
  7. @dranger you said "it's an NSAID like ibuprofen and you were talking about the Tylenol because that's what the order was all about . Thank you!
  8. @Dranger I know NSAIDs are for fever also and I know Toradol is anti inflammatory and you did say Tylenol was an NSAID you read closely next time I read exactly that ✌🏽️
  9. @dranger by the way Tylenol it's not like ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is an NSAID because it is anti-inflammatory. Again Tylenol is not anti inflammatory. 😁
  10. @dranger Tylenol is a nonsalicylate ....Not and NSAID. an NSAID is a no steroidal anti inflammatory and Tylenol is not anti-inflammatory . Tylenol is only antipyretic and analgesic. 😉
  11. I'm a new nurse too and I think you did the right thing. I would have told Dr to add the Tylenol for fever and pain. You did right!
