    Hi. I plan to apply for the Houston Community College nursing program in 2010, however, I had a misdemeanor charge on my recording from when I was younger. I am wondering if someone can help me. Im in the process to petition for a Declaratory order but do I go ahead and do my fingerprinting as well? Or do I have to wait till I submit my DO... Which one I need to do first? How can I get my Application number after sending my application? Im having different answers. If someone can please let me know since the process is familiar to yall. Thanks.
