  1. Hi, I also have a question regarding DEA. I'm currently not working, and am looking for a NP job. I was asked by one of the employer to get my DEA before I can start or even being hired. But as my understanding, we need a "practice address" for the DEA application. I asked during phone interview that I'm eligible to apply for DEA, once I'm hired, then I'll have a practice address to complete the application. But the recruiter replied that I can't use their address for this. I must have DEA before they can hire me. Can someone help me to figure out this question? I'm in AZ. Thanks in advance.
  2. Hi , I am wondering if there's any oncology NP here to share your experience?( medical oncology) what's your day like? I had 4+yrs experience as a hospice RN and few months as a palliative care NP. Recently looking to go back to work after being a stay home mom for a while. I'm a FNP, but since I haven't practice for a while, kinda hesitate whether to try family practice or stay with my hospice/palliative or geriatric background. Also tired of driving around( although home visit NP is getting popular nowadays) one of the opportunity came out recently is oncology NP. Still waiting for second interview, I like its close to palliative care part of symptom management and no need to travel, but not sure if it fits me. Just want to hear if there's any oncology NP here to share your thoughts. Thank you.
