  2. Greetings all! I am a nyc EMT and I really want to work at a hospital as an ED technician. From your experiences, what do I need to do to be hired as an ED tech? Are there any certifications I need? What is the recruiter looking for in a candidate? What do ED techs do in the hospitals around you? I would love to hear anything else you have to say about the ED tech life! Thank you!!
  3. Hello! I am an EMT in nyc and I really want to get a job as an ED technician at some hospital. Throughout my attempts I have found that it is preferred that I already have phlebotomy training. I do not want to take a phlebotomy course at a college because it's more expensive. And so, my question is : What training institution offers the best phlebotomy course? I'm looking for a place where I can really learn the skill and be proficient in it. Some places I have looked up are ACE and Manhattan Institute. But I don't want to waste my money on a school that won't give me what I want. Thank you for your help and response!!
