  1. Hi everyone, has anyone received any more information on the class that starts in January on the Oakwood campus?
  2. Hi everyone. I just received an email stating that we need to take a CPR course. Has anyone done this yet or know where to take it? I don't start until Spring of 2017 so maybe we will get more information?
  3. That would be great! Let me know when you get it up and running. I'm taking the pre-nursing class now:)
  4. I emailed the department about this. They said they would email further information as time gets closer....
  5. I have 2 classes left after this semester and I'm taking the NURS 2603 class now. I'm sure they wanted all the science courses done first.
  6. How many times did you take the HESI?
  7. Just curious what is your Masters degree in?
  8. I guess they just looked at the requirements for the nursing core only. I did hear that the average GPA was a 3.5 or over. I just made it with a 3.52
  9. I think they put most of the weight on the HESI scores. I was told by someone that got in last year that they only look at scores of 85 and up. I got an 86.
  10. They messed up..Gainesville campus is for Spring 2017
  11. I just got mine too. Dahlonega Campus for Spring 2017.
  12. Maybe it's just taking a while. What were your friends stat's? We both got the same score on the HESI..
  13. Yeah it's crazy expensive..There is always Brenau as well but that's pricey too
  14. Sorry housebolt2016. That just sucks so bad! I didn't get anything yet?? Did they sent it through the UNG email? I'm looking at Chamberlain school of Nursing in Atlanta. Much easier to get into. It cost a lot more though..
  15. I'm about to have a break down! Checking my email every few hours. This is giving me some major anxiety!!!!
  16. I would probably sign up for advisement just to make sure you don't need to take anything else..just to be on the safe side.
  17. Yeah I did too. Same thing for me. I know what I need to take so I will skip it as well.
  18. You sound like me..I check my email 20 times a day. I hate this waiting!!!
  19. I think this advisement is just for the ones who have more classes to take. I got that email too. If we are not accepted for fall or spring I guess there is really no need to be advised. That email was a little unclear. Are you already taking classes at UNG?
  20. I just sent them a message on Facebook..this is what they said: Can you tell me when the official email will be sent out for acceptance into the upcoming program? We will email all applicant through their UNG email in mid-March. Hopefully sooner. Please watch your email closely.
  21. The last thing I see on the UNG Facebook is about the upcoming advisement in March..where do you see we wouldn't hear until Mid March?
  22. I wonder if they are waiting until the ones in the nursing class take the drug calculation test first?? That might rule out a few people as well...
  23. Nope not yet..I have so much anxiety right now
  24. Hey lexxo..sounds like it won't be long. I take it you're at the Dahlonega campus? Do you know what the average HESI and GPA might be?
  25. I took the Spanish online at GPC. It was really easy and much better then doing it in class. I still have to take statistics and I'm done. I'm going to do that online as well and transfer it in.
