  1. Applying For CA license through endorsement and unsure if needing to report expunged

    I am currently an RN registered in NY and looking to receive my CA license by endorsement. when I was 20 I had received a ticket for speeding 20 miles over the limit in TN and had a required court date. I had missed the court date by a couple hours but it resulting in me having to sit in a holding cell and pay a bail. I returned with a lawer and had the record expunged and the judge and lawer said I would never have to report this record since it was completely expunged. I have never had to report it to any of my jobs or nursing licenses in the current states that I hold a rn license but was wondering if CA is more strict with this than other states.
