@misskp @jelly_belly Did you guys get a phone call from the school of nursing today? Hope you two heard good news! They will be sending out more acceptance letters for those in the pending list this Friday. I got in! :)

I just called and was told I was #1 or 2! :) Many people may decide to give up their spots once they hear back from colleges such as CSUEB and SF State. Don't give up @misskp!

@misskp Don't give up! Last Fall, 12 people gave up their spots! If I calculated correctly, my impaction score is 7.248. I plan on calling her soon. Also, dianeward posted on the previous page that she has decided to go to a program in San Diego instead of SJSU. We are one step closer!

@misskp I am in the pending group as well. We can call, but I am not sure if they will let us know because from previous semesters, they wouldn't give that information out. We should know where we stand in 3 weeks since those accepted have 2 weeks to send out their decision to the School of Nursing. Are you sure you calculated your score correctly? The letter stated that the cutoff is 7.25. Also, congrats on Berkeley!

I received the standard small envelope. I am among the 14-15 people in the "pending" status, as they call it. The letter states that the cutoff is 7.25, so i'm sure all of you got accepted! Sad thing is, they did not tell me what # I am ranked. I must wait another 3 weeks before I am notified of whether or not I am accepted. I will be turning in my Intent to Enroll. My fingers are crossed and will be staying hopeful. Big congratulations to everyone!

Yes, we get mail on Sats. I'm guessing the cutoff score is unknown until we get the letter.

They like to test our level of patience as future nurses. Still nothing in the mail for me today.

Thanks for the information! Did you call the department? And so the waiting game continues...SJSU is my first choice. I am staying positive even after seeing all of the great statistics you all have posted here.

Wow, everyone has awesome impaction scores! Mine seems to be the lowest. GPA: 3.77 TEAS: 80 IMPACTION SCORE: 7.248 And if it is true that letters will be mailed out today, I may receive my letter Wed or Thurs since I live very close by. I am extremely anxious! Good luck to everyone!
