    Hi everyone! Thanks for taking the time to read my post and share your thoughts! I came into nursing at the age of 48 and have worked primarily acute care in the hospital setting. Every year I've had a physical set back or injury. Three years later at the age of 51, I'm having a difficult time with the physical demands of the job. Im looking for a change but I'm not sure what I'm qualified to do. And I want to only work 3 days a week as I am now. Office work does not appeal to me at all. And since I'm still paying off student loans for my BSN I don't want to go back to school either. Thanks in in advance for your input! Heres my experience: RN, BSN, PHN 3 years MedSurg Some Urgent Care exp. Some wound care training A little Home Health exp.
