  1. How can I increase my chances of getting a job as an ob/gyn nurse?

    Hello! I am new to this website. I have come because I am seeking advice on how to "look good" so when I finish nursing school, I can increase my chances of becoming an ob/gyn nurse. I am starting nursing school in the fall, and I was wondering if I would be able to do internships during the summer? And should I volunteer? Basically, what type of opportunities should I take on to help increase my chances? I feel like if after I finish my nursing degree, if I just jump into wherever they'll take me, I won't ever be able to get to the ob/gyn floor. So advice would be greatly appreciated. :) Thanks all -Amy
