TDjones- I submitted my application super early on 6/18 and nursingcas verified my gpa on 7/14. I received GW Decision email on Friday, 8/15. I think they usually email their decisions out on Fridays from what I've read on blogs for earlier cohorts. My transcripts and references were sent to Nursing Cas while I was writing my essay, so when I submitted my application to nursing Cas- they had everything except all they needed to do was verify the Gpa against the application--That process can take a little while. I wasnt expecting the decision until mid-late Oct since GW Admin told me that they wanted to get a bulk of their applications in before deciding. It was a good summer gift. Good luck!

Hi everyone, I received my conditional admission letter dated 8/14!!! I applied very early on 6/18. It's a conditional admission letter because I'm finishing up microbiology this fall and will submit my final transcript once grades are posted in December. Background about me: I have an MBA in finance and economics 3.88 GPA. And a Bachelor's degree in English, Human Rights, and Philosophy 3.69 GPA. My Human Anatomy and Human Philosphy courses are 4.0. I wish everyone the the best in their application!

Hi everyone, I'm currently finishing up my prerequisites and just started my NursingCAS Application for George Washington ABSN for Spring 2015. I found out today (4/17/2015) GW temporarily made their Spring 2016 application unavailable due to errors. They will be releasing it again starting 4/24/15. Until then, I'll be completing the generic information on NursingCAS (personal info, transcript entry, etc) I just wanted to start a thread to see who else is applying to GW ABSN Spring 2016 and get through this journey together! G
