I got in ! I just went through my first week in an ADN program but I'm withdrawing tomorrow morning because I worked toooo hard to get into UW lol. Yay! I'm so excited!

Agree savestheworld, I kept repeating that scenario 2 was a new kind of care for me and then kept changing the ways I would grow from treating said patient.

I got 20 and 1.8 also but I got math problem 3 wrong. I think it was the easiest one but I read 100mg in 12 hrs not 100mg every hr for 12 hrs. I complicated it. As I'm walking down to turn my paper in I realized I had messed up ☹☹ I chose scenario 2. It was the most interesting one to me. I think I did fine on my essay but I'm kicking myself for getting that math problem wrong. Oh well. I got into an Associates program starting spring so I need to concentrate on that in case UW skips me

Anyone else stress eating? I had pizza and ice cream for lunch

Sorry Ding72, I've been pretty busy this weekend and haven't logged on. But everything Jdavidson mentioned was on point. They are like questions you are asked at job interviews.

Just checking lol. But scenario A was a 17 year old with severe depression and also has type one diabetes...she's not checking her blood sugar regularly..scenario B a 50 something year old had gangrene and is missing his tongue that was removed but he's fully conscious and can communicate..

Hi savestheworld, I forget her name but the lady on the online info session called me. She said my personal essay and proctored essay showed that I took on too much responsibility which made them feel that I would not be able to complete the program. I understand they're concern especially with the info session's main point being showing the committee you can make it through the program. It sounds like we both made silly/minor mistakes in where we were heading with our essays. This program is so competitive I know the committee it just slitting hairs by decision time.
