Thanks for the insight. The classes are all online but I am sure I can find something through the school, if not my professor would likely know of someone I can contact. I did not join the site to seek an interview...Have been looking on here for a few years, but as a new nurse I've never had anything to say. I am enrolled in classes for my BSN and my current assignment is to interview a nurse who is involved with a professional nursing organization. I live/work in a small town and cannot find anyone I know who is a member of any. I have a few questions to ask, if someone could be so kind and answer them. Thank you in advance!! This is for help with a homework assignment, but I am interested in joining an organization when I am done with school. Thanks for any input! What is the name of the professional nursing organization? [h=3]What is the focus of the organization? What are the goals? What is the rationale for joining the organization? In other words, why would a nurse want to be a member of this particular organization? [/h][h=3]When and where does the organization meet? For how long? How frequently? [/h]
