  1. I'm at a bit of a crossroads, I'm a fairly new grad and I've been wondering about going on to get my MSN, and eventually becoming an NP. I'm not really sure I understand what NP's do, and I was just wondering if it's a fulfilling job, are there any NP that can tell me more about their careers?
  2. I would really prefer an online program, I don't care if it's private or not, as long as it's fast and it's cheap. I understand some people don't like private schools, I'm in a situation where I just don't care, I need to get my BSN as soon as possible.
  3. I have only just barely passed the NCLEX and started working as an RN, and I already regret becoming a nurse. I feel really depressed, and manic all the time, and I hate my job. I am working as a treatment nurse in long term care and I completely deflated. I've already thought about leaving the profession, but I really don't want too, yet. What I originally wanted to do when I stared school was outpatient work, at a clinic, same day surgery, or a doctor's office, or even at a med spa. I'm not sure how to get there through. I'm willing to do just about anything to change my situation right now, does anyone have any ideas about how I could get into outpatient work? What experience or education I would need? What I could specialize in? Does anyone have any ideas?
