  1. Hello! I think if we follow ABC rule (Airway, Breathing and Circulation) then risk for bleeding will come first as it is related to impaired circulation. However it depends on what it is related to.
  2. Hi Everyone! I have to make an Ob concept map and I am having difficulty in coming up with my main nursing diagnosis for a patient in labor an delivery who had high blood pressure above 140. I was going to write about Risk of seizures related to preeclampsia but there is NO such NANDA diagnosis! Now Im thinking about " risk of prenatal injury....but nor sure how to write "related to " part...also I am not sure how I will connect it to my interventions and goals. Please give me some suggestions! Additional INFO: She was on magnesium sulfate for seizer prevention. Some additioanl Vital signs were performed on her such as checking her reflexes, blood pressure, Urine Output, edema status, etc for the adverse effect of Magnisium Sulfate. She had nausea and vomiting, mild headache, but her blood pressure came down to 130. she had no edema and normal reflexes.Additional medications were oxytocin and epidural analgesia. Additional Diagnosis are: risk of fetal infection due to the +ve GBS ( need help on this one too) 3 Pain due to postpartum incision.
