  1. excelsior cpne wait time

    Hello, im currently enrolled with excelsior adn program. As of now i am doing my fcca. But recently i have been reading alot of post from students from other sites complaining about the cpne wait time. Ten months is a bit ridiculous to me and frustrating. I will be finish the last of feb. This year. But it seems like i might not get to take my cpne unitl the first of 2017! Does anyone know what excelsior maybe doing about this?
