Medical Surgical What type of license do you have (RN or LPN)? RN What type of degree and/or certification do you have? Previous Bachelor in HSMCD and Bachelor in Nursing How many years of experience do you have? 8 months Are you full-time, part-time, or casual / per diem / PRN status? Full-time What shift do you work? Days. Was on nights when I first started. Do you receive any shift differential? yes, $4 for nights. Sometimes they do premium pay if they REALLY need nurses. Premium pay is usually $45-$50/hr. Are you a manager or supervisor? N/A
