I got the same email. Basically what I was expecting. NAU it is then. I will think long and hard about if I want to waste more money, time and energy on GCU.

@Maycation: That's how I feel, too. I was also told not to even bother to submit my application. I had to tell him several times to do it since I had already paid for everything and taken the Hesi.

50 GCU students?! Wow... I guess now it depends on how many want to relocate to Tucson or wait if they can get a spot in Phoenix.

No news here. My advisor told me yesterday that she doesn't have access to the list yet. She'd email me when she finds out anything...

I received an alternate offer as well. Since I live in Tucson and had this campus selected as my primary choice, I was thrilled to see that they still have seats available here. I hope my GPA and Hesi score will be good enough to get me in. Good luck to y'all!

Maycation, I have talked to the ladies there and they told me the same thing. Less than 1% chance of getting a seat in Tucson. I guess many will move from Phoenix to Tucson or travel daily. I will call again and ask about this though. You make a good point.

I talked to my advisor and she told me that there are no seats for transfers. They don't even have enough seats for all of the GCU students. The tier thing was explained in the webinar. For transfers it doesn't matter what GPA you have. It's a lottery. Sheer luck.It's ridiculous.

I doubt they will refund anything. They didn't give a crap about keeping us updated on what COULD happen or what was planned. I was told to take 12 credits to move up to Tier I. Chances to get a seat as a transfer student are ridiculously low. A lottery?! What a joke. Don't even think about getting a seat on the campus you want.

I just came back from taking the Hesi. I got a 92.8 average. I starter with A&P because it was the one I was most afraid of, lol! I ended up scoring a 100% on that one and no less than a 90 in all the others. I'm quite happy with the results but I am exhausted. I had to drive almost two hours one way.

Livsmama14, I get the feeling the advisors don't even really know what is going on. Ever time I call, I'm getting different information. I'd rather take the info you were given than the one I got, lol! Oh well, we will see how it goes on Monday...:/

I'm taking the Hesi on Monday and will apply at the Tucson campus. My overall GPA is 3.9 with a science GPA of 3.7. They haven't calculated in two more As yet so that's were I stand so far.

I was told hat chemistry was taken off completely from the GCU Hesi list but you have to have at least 70% in A&P and 80% in everything else.
