I am a recruiter recently tasked with locating Med/Surg Nurses. I'd really appreciate any advice or insight you could provide. How would you go about finding your next job? Where do you look - internet, newspaper? What sort of "perks" would make you consider switching jobs, what's important to you? Sign-on bonus, paid time off, child care, tuition reimbursement, facility, location? If you find this post to be offensive or inappropriate, I sincerely apologize.
