  1. Thanks for that abby, I have not called them yet as it is already a weekend, and I believe that they do not have office on weekends. But pertaining to the questions that you have mentioned, I am pretty sure these fields were properly filled out. I am thinking then that "maybe" there should be an entry on the "others" field stating that a Registered Nurse is required for the role that I am working right now. The best thing to clarify things out would be to call NMC. For the information of everyone here, this is actually the second time that I will be asked to resubmit a certain document... The first time was last August 28, they asked me to resubmit my declaration of good health (one that is accomplished by a physician who did not hire me), was able to send it, then here come the new one!!! Does this mean that they do not assess the whole set document all at once? Now it's just like an installment of re-submission...worst is that once they receive my second re-submission of document and then they will ask again for another document.... I hope not!
  2. Hello everyone...I just received an email from NMC today and was excited to open it hoping that it is already my DL...but to my dismay, I was asked to resubmit a form...The reference forms...It mentioned there that they require confirmation from my employer that I am required to be a registered nurse/midwife to work in this role. Is there anybody here with the same case? I have checked the form that I submitted and everything was filled... I am not sure which part of the reference form need this information to be included by the referee.
  3. oh my... I took the test also last 25th, got lucky I have not encountered such problem.
  4. I took the test at misnet makati and got the result in 6 hours. I also had a lot of objective questions. But I focused more on the items, which I thought were critical questions. On my test, I found the blueprint helpful. Regards everyone.
  5. I took the test today at misnet. Finished the test in 2.5 hrs including review of the items. I was really nervous at first as the questions that kept coming out were unfamiliar to me. But as the test progressed, I felt hope of passing the test. I don't remember who posted here stating that if you are a practicing nurse, the test should be easy. Calculations were quite elementary, and some objective type questions, which for sure are familiar to all of us.Questions regarding UK setting were also given but not that much. But I guess the critical questions were pretty obvious, they focus on patient and public safety. I only read on the test blueprint provided by NMC and focused on the critical questions. The result===>>PASS Regarding agencies, I already contacted CTN but did not start with them yet. A colleague of mine is suggesting omanfil (she is actually flying to the UK this friday, omanfil was her agency)... I would love to go with petrick on the 27th but not yet sure with my schedule, will try if I can take an off on that day. I've been also having conversation with someone in London who is a friend of my friend but did not give me details yet. BTW, Congratulations to all that passed and good luck to those who are taking very soon.
  6. i already selected march 25 for the test date...also taking it in manila.anybody who could give any tip/s regarding the exam will be highly appreciated, here's my email [email protected], anxiety level is very high atm.any help will surely lessen it.thanks a lot.
  7. i have been reading this thread since yesterday and am happy to see that more and more are passing the test now.i am still to book for the test.just started reading things about the blueprint that they provided and oh my...it's too much.
