  1. hi all i have just applied to university to do adult nursing and i have received an interview. The problem is that i have a criminal conviction of robbery back when i just turned 18. i am now nearly 23 but i am extremely worried about what lays ahead in my career path. Even though i got convicted of the offence, i myself did not do the crime. i was there at the time of this happening but have had to accept the consequences and own up to it. i am also worried that if i did get accepted for my course that at the end of my degree i would get declined for a licence. Has anyone had this problem before or anyone have any information for me. this would be greatly appreciate as i don't know whether i am wasting my time. I also must add in that only a year ago i did do some voluntary work at my local NHS hospital. Thank you for taking the time to read i hope to hear back from you all :)
