    Has anyone traveled to Las Vegas recently? I am possibly considering it for my next assignment in January. I wanted to know how that patient ratios are, the friendliness of staff and how open they are to travelers. If there is anything else that you think I should know about the area that would be great too! Thanks!

    Hi I am a newbie at Travel Nursing and I want to go to Alaska this summer. My problem right now is a car, I have one where I live but it would take way to long to drive to Alaska. I wanted to know how other people worked around the car situation. I have looked at both rental car companies and having my car shipped but it is way to expensive for me. The Travel nurse company that I am talking with now says they don't have rentals cars. Can anyone give me suggestions??? Thanks!
