    I feel you on that. My thing is that they declined to retrieve my transcript from Clearing house and stated that they have no records for retrieval. They finally did after i forwarded them a copy of an email from clearing house. Nevertheless, it was after the first but before the 15th. I'm not sure if they will review my application #Fingerscrossed
