Well right now I am down in the dumps! I know I will bring myself right back out but ugh I need a week! I am nearing 4 years of being graduated come May! I took my NCLEX RN the first time after being out of school for a year and did not study at all. I of course failed with 84 questions, not sure what I was thinking! I just took it again this past Saturday and DID study my little behind off this time. I even spent a couple hundred and did Hurst review online. One thing I didn't do this time was go over meds and labs enough which wouldn't you know I got a ton of on my test because they knew I didn't know the content! I also could have done a ton more practice questions. I failed once again with 157 questions. I am a wife and mother of three (7,6 and 3) so of course to study in quiet is few and far between. Any advice on what to study/do the THIRD time around aside from really focusing on labs and meds?!?! I'm also afraid that I just don't understand how to answer NCLEX questions. I won't be taking a couple years break this time, that is never a good thing so as soon as my 45 days is up I am scheduling!! Any feedback/input is so greatly appreciated :)
