  1. florida or california?

    Im confused whether i should accept the job in florida or in california. I've worked in fl but it was a PCU and i dont have ICU experience. I've always wanted to work in an ICU setting in California. Now i am offered ICU in Florida, but I also have an offer in NorCal in PCU. If I accept the PCU job in NorCal, is it easy to lateral transfer to ICU from PCU? If that is possible, how long do I need to work in PCU before I can transfer to ICU? If I accept the ICU job in Florida, is it going to be easier to for me to tranfer to Cali in the future?
