I literally only applied to this particular school. This is the school I received my LPN from and am very comfortable and confident with the school, instructors and just everything about it. However now that I have been placed on the alternate list I am applying to another school but that's an hour drive. I guess I'll bite the bullet and do whatever I need to do to gain my dream.

I want to hear it from any of you. I worked so hard and have all A's on my pre reqs , took the hesi and scored an overall 80%. However I didn't get accepted into the RN program. I was placed on the alternate list. I feel worthless and like a total loser. My neighbor got in, my co- worker got in but not me I have been waiting for this moment forever and now it's a NO! Any of you have this happen and turn out good? Get accepted last minute. I am applying to a school that is an hour away. I'm ready to get my RN. It's my time. I feel like the school picks who they know and recall . Maybe I irritated them with my emails or calls. I don't know but I sure do feel like a total idiot.
