JJC Nursing Program: Fall of 2015
Congrats all! I was accepted into the day program as well! I have a few questions though lol if any of you know. So in the letter it says that on Registration day we will be assigned either session 1 or session 2 the day of. However, on the session flyer attachment it says we need to register for one of the sessions. So I was a little confused on that. I'm sure more information will come though. & another question. What is group registration like? It says in the letter it is a different process than normal classes, so I was just curious as to what to expect. Like is there any way I can prepare? I know I always used rate my professor before and it's saved me, but I don't even know if that is a possibility this time around. Any information is appreciated!! & good luck to all of you that have yet to hear from the nursing department.

JJC Nursing Program: Fall of 2015
Mine definitely wasn't great, just ok. For some reason I couldn't focus. I'm just hoping that my TEAS, GPA, and all that jazz make up for it.

JJC Nursing Program: Fall of 2015
If you don't mind me asking, why didn't you apply with your first TEAS score? Or was it that it wasn't enough to get you in? I wouldn't worry, I'm pretty confident that you will get. Let me know what the advisor says please!

JJC Nursing Program: Fall of 2015
Hello! I applied for the nursing program at JJC for the fall as well and I thought I'd chime in. I got a 79.3% on my TEAS, I know it's so painful to be so close to guaranteed admission, but it not happening because of what was probably 1 or 2 stupid mistakes on questions. I underestimated the math portion, even though I scored high on the practices the actual test was more challenging to me. Anyways, I have a 4.0 gpa and my advisor was pretty confident that I will be accepted so I'm not beating myself up too much over it.. at least not yet. She said that most of the time the people that score 80 or greater have taken the test multiple times and since this was my first time taking it I did very well. So if you are in the same boat as me you are in good company.
