    Just so everybody understands, if you get the credit card page that DOES NOT MEAN that you FAILED. What you need to do is enter a valid credit card number and hit submit. If it Allows you to pay for a new exam, then you failed. If it says after you attempt to submit payment something along the lines of "you have already registered for this exam and you cannot register again " then you passed. Everybody seems to think that the PVT trick no longer works, but it does. They changed the format so you need to now enter a credit card.
