  2. Hi! I am a Registered Nurse and have lots of psych experience but.....could someone help me concerning electroshock therapy? Point me to articles or links or something. My intellect is not here as my questions are about a family member who has had this treatment and all brains sometimes go out the window when you are too close to the situation. I also have never been close to this topic as I used to be very anti-est. I have a question. I will google but am hoping someone can assist me that has actual experience. Thank you very much. eleyna guess as long as I am posting - will put my major concern now - my sister - has had 5 of 6 treatments - the next one is on monday. Following the first four she was a little forgetful and mellow - normal is ranting and blaming everyone for everything - she is depressed but I believe has major anger issues and well as poor insight and blames - Today I went to check on her and she is like she is in a fog - not really there, not really talking, teary, not a clue what she should do next. Is THIS normal? Do I call someone? Do I talk with Dr ECT on monday before the next? I am lost. Thanks.
