    Hi y'all, So full disclosure I know there's like 70 I'm moving to SA posts, but I cant find any semi recent ones. Powers that be a year/time filter would be greatly appreciated. Anyhoo, I've been an ortho nurse for 1.5 years and I am so done with ortho. Looking to move to San Antonio, to try something anything else. I was thinking maybe tele, neuro, or even L&D, anything not ortho really lol. So I have all the basic questions. What are the hospitals like? What's the pay like? Is anyone even hiring? Where's a safe place to live in SA? If nothing else I would really appreciate some semi recent info on SA. I appreciate any info thank you.
