  1. I'm trying to decide on elms or umass amherst as well for their accelerated nursing program! I know elms is more expensive but I can't find the cost anywhere and I received a 16 grand scholarship to elms. I'm much closer to elms and it's probably more my Style but I had my heart set on umass amherst. I'm having a hard time finding info on comparing the two. Can anyone help???
  2. I got my acceptance letter today!!! Woohooooo. I interviewed march 2nd if anyone wants to know! Anyone else get one today??
  3. I was interviewed march 2nd by a teacher who teaches some of our first classes, is that a bad or good thing?? And I still haven't received my letter ! It's killing me!! Anyone have any input???
  4. Has anyone received an acceptance letter who interviewed march 2nd?
  5. Thanks for the advice! They only interview 125 people and there's 72 spots so we all have a good chance! Don't worry, if you think it went good then your probably in!!
  6. Or is anyone who was recently interviewee able to answer my questions above??
  7. Bex177, How many questions Did they Ask you and Can you tell us what they Are??? It would be super helpful. I'm sooo nervous!! How do you feel your interview went? Did u feel rushed?? Thanks!
  8. Just kidding I just recalculated my pre req gpa and it's only a 3.47. Do I have to worry about that? Or do I not have to worry because I already got an interview based on my gpa??? Can this still affect my chance or am I still ok with this GPA??
  9. Hello all, I set my interview up for march 2nd. I'm trying to figure out my chances of getting in. Someone said everyone gets an interview, is that true or is it just the top 100 people?? Because everyone who received an interview invite have a pretty good chance if there's 72 spots to fill. I'm 23 and recently got my bachelors in biology with a minor in chemistry. My overall GPA was a 3.18 but my pre-reqs GPA is a little higher than a 3.6. I'm currently working as a CNA and have shadowed many nurses in a variety of hospital settings. Is any one able to clarify for me how good my chances are of getting accepted and how many people get interviewed along with how many spots there really are?? Thank you!!
