Help! I was terminated from my job for a fail drug test. They told me they were filing a complaint stating I had a high diversion risk score and failed a drug screen. It has been 2 months and I still have not heard from board of nursing. I am trying to get another job at the moment but it is tough when I tell them I was fired for a failed drug screen. I am open for any advice but I guess my biggest question is, shouldn't they have contacted me by now to notify me of the complaint or something? Any advice in this situation is welcomed! I plan to hire an attorney when they contact me.
