  1. Hi everyone!!! I got an email saying I was pulled from the alternate list the other day! They give people a week to respond, and it looks like it's done one by one once a candidate doesn't work out! This is very exciting for me!! If you haven't heard back yet, don't worry! I know that they have several people on the alternate list and trying to notify people as soon as a space becomes available!! Good luck everyone and I hope to see you in July!!
  2. I spoke with Jeff and he stated that it would be several more weeks before any alternates find out. It's so hard to wait, but keep your hopes up, he said last year almost everyone started at desired start date or the next one!
  3. Thanks for all of the information! And yes that statistic is encouraging! I really hope I'm a part of that 90%! I too got the same information from Jeff, hoping we hear back before May :)
  4. Just wondering what everyone's qualifications were that they applied with? I'm thinking maybe I'm an alternate because I had 2 pending prerequisites. I applied with a 3.7 BS GPA and a 4.0 in the pre reqs I do have, but do not have any healthcare experience.
  5. Hey everyone! I just got my email and was chosen as an alternate as well pretty sad about it. But I talked to the dean of admissions months ago, and he said most of the alternates end up getting accepted because there are a lot of people who are unable to secure the loans, or are not able to stop working for the program..fingers crossed for everyone else on the alternate list, and congrats to everyone chosen for the interview!
