  1. A nurse sometimes has a difficult time finding their niche in nursing. Jumping from job to job can look really bad on a resume. How does one find their place in nursing without making themselves look like they have no staying power to a prospective employer? Also, are their tests to narrow down what specialty might be best suited for them? This has been a difficult area for me. I have been a RN ADN since 2007 and have yet to find my place. I have been in several different areas so far. I am in need of sage advice from nurses who have been there. Thanks in advance. TT, RN ADN from Oklahoma
