    Hello, I am a nursing student about to graduate in December. In the meantime I want to apply for my LPN license in Hawaii (where Live and go to school). I had gotten a DUI 11 years ago and wanted to find out what I should do about reporting it on my application. Does anyone have a letter they can share that was written to the board explaining the DUI. I would really be appreciative if someone could share one. [email protected]
