Hey.. I was not expecting it as well. I was shocked!! I got a phone call a week before school starts. The college gave me enough time to secure the additional requirements (CPR, First aid, mask fitting, criminal record check). I got 3.33 gpa.. I have classmates who were on the waitlisr and got accepted on the last minute as well. Good luck to everyone.

Hi everyone!!! I got waitlisted for fall 2015, and when i applied for spring 2016 i got waitlisted AGAIN!! However, before the class starts for FALL 2015, i received a phone call from admissions that there is a seat available for me for fall 2015. So everyone who also are waitlisted for spring 2016, there is still hope to get in, because some students who were offered a seat, some of them dropped on last minute. I am waitlisted for fall 2015 and spring 2016 with a 3.33 gpa.. i think you have to have 3.5 gpa now to make sure a seat is offered.

Hi everyone. I applied for fall 2015 but still on the waitlist. I have 3.33 gpa, and still not enough. A friend of mine applied on fall 2015 with a 3.4 gpa and she was offered a seat. I heard that fall 2015 intake gpa cut off is about 3.4. I hope to get in for spring intake, but knowing all your gpas now I am totally anxious.

Oh no, they didnt. I applied for 3.33 gpa but it isnt enough. I thinj 3.5 gpa is more than enoough. I heard that for this sept 2015 intake 3.4 gpa was the cut off. Are you on the waitlist for sept intake with 3.5 gpa?

No i havent heard anything from langara yet, my application status said i am still waitlisted. I already applied for january 2016, hope to get in for jan intake. Are you on the waitlist as well?

Hi i am on the waitlist as well. I emailed them asking whats my position but haven't heard from them. This intake is really competitive.

Thank you for the update. So only 80 studs will be chosen from 400 applicants? hoping for an update from langara at the end of this month.

A friend of mine got accepted this january intake and she has 2.92 cgpa. One of the advisors said they'll try sending out majority of acceptance at the end of february. What is gpa if you don't mind me asking? Thanks

Same here, mine says "application is complete" as well. I also asked other classmates who also applied for fall, and we got the same application status as well..

I keep checking my email but havent heard from langara yet. How's your application, did you hear from then already? Please kindly update if there is any news.. =) i am really getting anxious . Lol

I emailed them when they will send again admission letters to applicants and the advisor said they will try emailing at the end of this week.. whats yout gpa? I have 3.3 gpa and i dont know if this is enough.
