  1. Not at the hospital where I have been doing my placement. I have asked on my unit ... However I am still looking around the reason for me posting here was in hopes of finding someone who was internationally educated. Also I should note that the above questions are ones that I created personally and I have interpreted the assignment, and what was asked of me. I am by no means dishing out my work for others tocomplete
  2. That's just the problem. I don't know any nurses educated outside of Canada, who are currently working in Canada. That's why I posted here in hopes of finding someone to speak with. I hope this clarifies my post.
  3. Hello All, I am a third year nursing student at a Canadian University for one of my classes (Cultural Diversity), I need to speak with a nurse that was educated outside of Canada and is currently working in Canada. I have prepared a couple questions and would appreciate anybody's help who would take the time to complete them for me. The Questions are as follows: 1. What does Nursing mean to you 2. What is your Cultural/ Ethnic background 3. How long was your nursing training and where did you train? 4. What role do nurses play where you work/What role do nurses play where you are from? 5. What cultural beliefs do you follow/ respect from your culture (e.g. folk medicine/ ceremonies what is important to do before being hospitalized, or while in the hospital) 6. Similarities and differences in beliefs and practice from your cultural (surrounding nursing) and where you presently work ( surrounding nursing) Thank You in Advance!!
