   I work for a state run facility in SC. I know you asked about GA but at my facility all you need is a doctors order. If the doc says shots if refuse then they get the shots

2. Any Psych nurses have experience working registry/nursing agencies?

   At my facility at least half the nurses work for agency because we're state run and the pay is ****. Also we have plenty of nurses who came straight from school to us so if psych is your thing than go for it!!!!

3. Ratios in acute psych

   At my facility (which is state run) the techs can only have at most six plus we have one rn and one or two Lpn ( depending more on availability then census) and some times we still feel understaffed. I can't imagine what your guys are going thru.
