For those who attended orientation and know about the complio package/uploading our immunization forms, did anyone get a notice from the nursing department that uploading our immunizations is no longer needed? A student I met at orientation e-mailed me stating that ---------------------- confirmed that over the phone after purchasing her complio package. I am going to e-mail the nursing dept. to confirm just to be safe. I would like to know if anyone else got that notification too...?

I finally got my e-mail without the word CONDITIONAL in it. So, I'm officially in! Phew...now I can breathe

@dsmom I'm assuming I'm in since I was already offered a space to begin with and since everything has been cleared. I still sent an e-mail confirming my acceptance anyway. I also sent an e-mail to see if they will send me another e-mail stating that I have the space offered without the word CONDITIONAL in it.

So, I had an appointment this morning to see what they needed and I did have all the items required for the application. All they needed clarified was the doctor's stamp and my CNA license. They weren't sure if the doctor's stamp was okay or if they needed his actual business card. In addition, they questioned if my CNA license I provided was good for the application since it expired in 2013. I told them that the application states that just as long as I had the license within the last five years that I would be good. She confirmed both those concerns with one of the nurses and I was cleared for both. So, @Adri.Knight1, just bring a copy of your application and documents with you so they can look over what they need clarified.

Congratulations to the both of you! I got my e-mail as well and it said, "Congratulations! You are being offered a CONDITIONAL space pending completion of your application." It says I have to set up an appointment with the nursing department to go over what is still missing/and or needs further clarification. But I was wondering for those that did get accepted, if their letters states that they're officially accepted or if it also says CONDITIONAL space since we still have to confirm our acceptance with the nursing department. I'm definitely happy but somewhat confused, lol.

Thank you, dsmom! Same to you :) Yes, I was able to get an SEP back in October. I'm hoping the SEP does not jeopardize your application either. But I think you'll be fine since you couldn't even get an SEP in the first place; seeing as how you have to be currently taking a class according to the counseling services.

I just turned in my application early this morning. Before I arrived at the office, I checked to make sure my packet had everything it needed. The woman at the front desk checked it as well. As soon as it was officially out of my hands, I started to get nervous and went back inside the office to check my packet for a third time, LOL. I'm such a dork. Good luck everyone!
