I graduated 06/2014. Took my test 01/27/2015. I had 90 questions. 30% SATA. A lot of mental health questions. I did a 1 hour cram session of popular medications, a RN fact sheet, & I looked over a lab chart. I made sure to rest up and arrive at the facility 2 hours early to review without distractions and to destress. The test was scheduled at 2. I started at 145 and finished at 4. I was an A/B student. I averaged a 90% on the ATI comp. exams. I found out I was expecting a week before I graduated and had horrible morning sickness. I was silly & didn't make it a priority to pay and take my test right away. I should have sacrificed and paid for it even though I was broker than broke. Anyways, fast forward 7 months and it's test day. I had no time to study or desire at 38 weeks pregnant. I was pretty sure I'd fail. The test wasnt easy. I thought for sure I was failing the entire time. I tried the trick and attempted to pay to retake the exam immediately after the test and throughout the night. When is go to submit my payment it'd tell me I had a exam scheduled recently and cannot place another order at this time. I figured that meant I passed. I looked for my license on the pa nursing board website and sure enough at 9am my license was active :) My advice? Trust your gut. Believe in yourself. & don't over think the questions.
