  1. Get your BSN and go into critical care. I graduated with my BSN last April and landed a CVICU position last June. What you want is out there and possible. Be persisitent. don't give up.
  2. I have a toddler and I found working Sunday Monday Tuesday works because then I am home with my family during the weekend (I sleep until 10 or 11 on sunday). Then on my last day I take a short nap when I get home and flip back to my family's schedule asap.
  3. For reference I am currently working in Phoenix, AZ.
  4. Hmmm so far what I had been finding made it sound like the Carolinas were pretty good compared to the states to the North.
  5. Yes, willing to deal with snow...but definitely prefer a milder climate. As my husband puts it we need to be east of the Mississippi and south of the Mason Dixon.
  6. I am looking to move somewhere that is family friendly with good schools and decent salary for RNs. I prefer East of the Mississippi... Any advice is welcome as we are definitely going to move away from where we are...just trying to figure out where will be the best fit for us.
