  1. i am waitlisted in the middle section! (#30-#58)! I did get admitted to SJSU, though. If I get into CSUEB tho I may just stick with SJSU since I've been going there since freshman year and want to become an alum!
  2. Phew I made it! I got accepted with an impaction score of 7.33!!! Fall 2014 initial cut off was 7.09 and since the cut off this year is 7.25 it's definitely increasing!! Good luck to everyone and can't wait to start in the Fall! Let's make this a memorable journey!
  3. For those of you who have been accepted (and congratulations!) I was wondering if your status on your GET changed to admitted? I'm from NorCal so the letter should be coming in sometime this week I hope. Anyone get a letter that is waitlisted?
  4. Are you an SJSU student? I only put a sealed official transcript along with my packet and did not have to mail another one to the Admissions office. However, since it is on your To-Do list I'm assuming that you're a transfer? I'm guessing the school needs your transcript for SJSU Admission, separate from the SON.
  5. I called the SON and was told that about 200 rejection letters were already sent out. They received about 500 applications. I believe they started the application process much sooner than last year. CSULB also already selected their cohort for Fall 2015.
  6. Hey! Thanks for the luck! What score did you go in with?! And how do you like the program so far?
  7. Hey cookiemuffin, Thanks for that. I did read the previous posts and made sure I used the National Percentile rank score. For Reading, my national percentile rank is 83 (4 points) For English, my national percentile rank is 94 (5 points) This is from the first time I took the TEAS. The second time I got Reading - 91 English - 99 but I took it passed the deadline of the application so I was unable to use it.
  8. Hey everyone! I'm also applying for Fall 2015. Prereq GPA: 10 points Cumul GPA: 4 points Teas reading: 4 points Teas english: 5 points Experience: 1 point I completed less than 100 hours because my father passed away at the time of my internship so I couldn't continue the program. I will be applying with 24 points.
  9. 49 only?! that's insane... Are you sure it was only for Spring 2015 class that that happened? because I know they expect a lot more people to apply in Fall
  10. Hey! Don't fret you calculated your impaction score incorrectly. Just take the TEAS, divide by 23, then add your GPA. So 90/23 = 3.91 GPA = 3.6 Impaction score = 7.51 That's a really good score!
  11. Hello, thanks for starting this thread! They posted new slides on the SON website and it stated that Fall 2014 cut off was 7.09 which is pretty low and off from previous forums. Anyway, I'm still hopeful. 3.73 GPA 82.7% TEAS Impaction score: 7.33 I WISH EVERYONE THE BEST OF LUCK!
