Cardiac ICU stepdown unit. I truly feel like I have to get out of there, its become too much and it begins with having no leadership, no Director of the Dept and no Clinical Mngr for our unit.
I am currently employed with NYP Cornell and was curious to know how those employed at the NYP uptown location like it. My unit has gone through a lot of director/manger changes and I pretty much feel like I'm riding the waves of a sinking ship. I was considering transferring uptown for that reason and because that location is much closer to me anyway. I currenly work in critical care if anyone would like to share. Thanks.
