  1. Cardiac ICU stepdown unit. I truly feel like I have to get out of there, its become too much and it begins with having no leadership, no Director of the Dept and no Clinical Mngr for our unit.
  2. I am currently employed with NYP Cornell and was curious to know how those employed at the NYP uptown location like it. My unit has gone through a lot of director/manger changes and I pretty much feel like I'm riding the waves of a sinking ship. I was considering transferring uptown for that reason and because that location is much closer to me anyway. I currenly work in critical care if anyone would like to share. Thanks.
  3. i am graduating from bmcc. i was offered the position at cornell i just have to go back for the pharm exam (which i am already stressing about) and the physical exam. my orientation start date id january 9 i am so excited...still lol
