    hello i would like to ask what form should i download on the texas bon website? I am living in the Philippines. Is it the endorsement form or the application by examination or is it both? I tried requesting for the fingerprint card but it always says error when i submit the request. Also i have downloaded a credit card payment form in cgfns website. Do i just fill that up and send to cgfns? Please help me. I really need guidance.
