  4. Hi guys, I just found a travel assignment in Chicago. Any idea for housing in that city. I have searched some websites but mostly they do not accept short term, or they are unfurnished. Any suggestion will be great. Thanks a lot.

  6. Hi guys, I am on my last semester. I want to begin getting even more ready for the NCLEX from now. I have been reading posts. I wonder if anyone knows where to access Mark Kilmer's audios, or lectures? I am interested in learning from him. All I've read about him is great. I also have the NCLEX Saunders book, Kaplan, Uworld. So it has been a difficult ride. OMG it has been crazy. And now I am at the end of my first step. Thanks for the answers and good luck to all.
  7. Yes. Use all your options. Good luck to you!
  8. Hi, I just wanted to ask you if we need to do any tests to work in Australia as an RN? I know about the English test only. I will finish my BSN in a year (from USA), and I am researching places to work abroad. Thanks for the info. Good luck!!!

  12. Thanks a lot for your response socialworknurse. I reconsidered. I will choose algebra, english and some other easy one for the beginning, and deal with chemistry next semester (more weeks to study). Thanks again. Have a good weekend
  13. HI, I am planning to have chemistry for the summer semester. I had chemistry in high school 18 years ago. I am working like 15 hours per week. I just wanted to know how difficult this course is at MDC, CHM 1033 plus lab. If I decide, I will do chemistry and some other bluff subject. Only two for the beginning. I understand the summer semester is only 12 weeks. I passed the PERT already and I was placed in college credits. My question is: "Will chemistry and a non-science credit (human growth and development, for instance) be OK to do over the summer semester? Or will it be too difficult or overwhelming for such a short semester?" Thanks a lot for your answers. I really find myself lost in this new path I've set out to do. Lost, but happy. Thanks.
  14. Thanks a lot for your answer RunbabyRN. I will look into that CPT. I did not know anything about this. Grn Tea I am just doing it for work purposes. Also learning is never a waste of time. Thanks a lot to both of you. I am at the beginning of this arduous journey and all the info is greatly appreciated.
