  1. Lanie, what is the ONP? Is there another way to get registered with nmc and avoid this exam? My husband I are thinking about making the big move in a years time. He is an Irish citizen and we live in California, I am a NICU nurse in San francisco and would love to work in London. After doing some research, I think I am going to go through my husband to get a EEA family permit then resident card- I think this will allow me to work.????? but find a recruiter to help me get a job as a Nicu nurse there- does anyone know of any good recruiters? And now the issue of registering with the NCM- I've just read all the pages from this thread and I have to say, I AM FREAKED OUT about taking this exam! Lanier- What did you mean by "once you have decided to go down the test route you are no longer allowed to do the ONP"??? Thanks for anyone's reply
