I finished my application the first week of March!

hey sorry I never got back to you! I was waitlisted but accepted to three other schools, so I think I am gonna attend one of those. Kind of bummed because MCPHS was my first choice and I was suppose to be my safety school since it seemed relatively easy to get into. I got into Northeastern's accelerated nursing program but not MCPHS.... go figure...

I have officially decided to attend Samford! We should connect on Facebook or something! I visited campus last week and I was accepted to two other schools back at home, but honestly Samford has been so helpful throughout the whole process. I also love how small our cohort is and the length of the program! I am so excited!

There was a place to include an essay and that's where I put my personal statement! I also called and asked if I could mail letters of recommendation and a resume and they said yes and they would put all into consideration! I think I am leaning towards Samford University in Birmingham AL just because they have been so helpful throughout this whole process, the cohort is super small, and the program lasts 18 months so it is nice and slow. I have three more days to decide so I'll let you know if I open up my spot!

Do any of you know anyone in the Drexel program? I'm really nervous about the intensity of it! I am from Massachusetts originally but I currently live in Charleston, SC and graduate from the College of Charleston in two weeks!

I finished my application March 7! I had three great letters of recommendation and a really strong personal statement essay. I also sent my resume. My overall undergraduate GPA is 2.97, my last 60 credit GPA is a 3.4. I have about a 3.0 in my prereqs. I graduate with a BS in Public Health this spring. I have had many internships in the healthcare field and currently work at a medical assistant with no certification at planned parenthood. Although I just started working at a medical assistant this winter, I worked full time throughout college as a waitress, so I have a pretty dense resume. I have also been accepted to 3 other schools, so I am just making my decision now! I know there are some of you out there with about average stats just like me, so do not worry! You will get into a school! I never thought I would and now I have to decide between 4 schools! I got into Drexel, Samford University, Northeastern, and MCPHS for anyone who is interested!

Hey yall! I was accepted this morning!

Hey sorry I haven't replied sooner! I got caught up with school and work, but i still haven't received my admissions packet! I was emailed my acceptance letter though, so I have till May4th to make a decision. I am waiting to hear back from one more school, but honestly, I really like how helpful Samford has been thus far. Did you get the email yesterday? Samford really seems so go above and beyond to help their students. I don't feel like a number there so far. I am honestly just really scared to move to Birmingham! I have never been and I am from Massachusetts and although I have been living in South Carolina for four years.. Charleston is very diverse and not necessarily "Southern", so I am nervous about the culture. I just have to keep reminding myself that this program is so intense that I won't have time to worry about that and I just need to get my degree and go to the institution that will help me succeed the most! Sorry I'm venting on here now haha. I really have only heard great things about Samford and that they are a family there which I really like!

I got the email yesterday at 4:30! I responded immediately with interest! Hopefully this is some good news!

I am originally from Massachusetts but I will be graduating from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC this May! Why won't anyone respond to this group! I want to meet more people! I honestly just got an email today saying I was accepted. I have not received the acceptance letter yet, so I literally don't know much about the program. Are you definitely going to attend?

YES! the accelerated second degree program! This is my first acceptance and I was losing all hope! I am super excited! Where are you from?

I applied, but something was messed up with my like live video and they weren't able to receive it till mid this week, so I am still waiting to hear an answer! So anxious! How did you find out?
