I attended the open house and for the summer they are taking approximately 80 applicants.

Her exact verbage was that "ALL applicants would be interviewed..." I'm assuming that based on her response, everyone that completed an application and met the requirements would be offered an interview but she was not very forthcoming with additional details. When I inquired further she simply repeated herself and reminded me to check me email.

I called the admissions office and they transferred me to another extension where I had to leave a message. The woman who called me back said that she was on the board but I didn't get her name. I would call the admissions office and see if they can route you.

My interview was several weeks ago (11/13) and I am still waiting to hear. It appears that there is much confusion about the actual time frame for providing notifications since different staff members are supplying different information. My interviewer told me that I would have a response before Thanksgiving but when I followed up with the board, she stated that they will interview ALL applicants before extending offers to anyone. She stopped short of telling me when all interviews would be complete and simply told me to watch my email. If you have not already done so, go to the open house offered by the school. They have a lot of information about the school and program but it varies based on semester.

I submitted my supplemental application on 8/28 and received my email notification for the interview this morning.

This is the information provided on their website; "If we do not contact you in 10-12 weeks after you have submitted the UTMB SupplementalApplication, please contact us to follow-up on your application status." My supplemental application was submitted on 8/28 so I won't hit that 10 week mark until 11/6...ugh!!!

Hi all! Has anyone heard any updates for the Summer 2016 program? I am impatiently waiting a response and it is getting the better of me. I completed everything through NursingCAS as soon as the program opened; I've done the supplemental application; and even received my log in details for UTMB that shows I'm complete but still no word on my actual acceptance/denial.

I applied for TWU Spring 2015 start and was turned down with a 3.6 GPA and 80 TEAS score. From my understanding, the minimum GPA accepted was 3.8. I am now hoping to get into UTMB for the Fall 2015. I have submitted my application and now we wait. Does anyone have an idea when UTMB sends out the acceptance letters? Good luck all and hope to see some of you in class soon!
