  1. I was hoping to work in the hospital most of my previous nursing experience(LPN) has been in LTC and home health and I wanted to do something different I have received an offer in my home state of Louisiana for a medsurg floor with good pay plus a sign on bonus if I choose to stay I think I will get my license transferred over and put some apps in and not move until I for sure have a job lined up for myself that way I can still be working and gaining experience as an RN
  2. Hello I am a new grad ADN RN. I will be moving to Irving Texas with my new husband I currently have and active LPN license I have been and LPN for 3 years I was just wondering how is the job market out there for new grad RNs with ADNs and should I just work as an LPN until someone calls me thanks in advanced for your answers.. I will be moving from Louisiana to Texas if that makes a difference.
